“Arrived promptly following dispatch email. Packing was damaged and initial concerns regarding broken glasses was soon set aside as they looked as elegant as they do on the website. Overall, an enjoyable and efficient service. Will use again.”

“I was delighted to discover that the general public could order from this website even though my order was very small. Delivery was a little slow as my order had to come from Germany but when I phoned to make an enquiry the operator was pleasant and friendly and gave me a realistic update on progress. Goods arrived about three weeks after ordering, in perfect condition and I was delighted. Would definitely use again.”

“Ordered product I plenty of time but they failed to deliver for mymy Mum's birthday. Instead it was 5 days late. They said there was a mix up and it was delivered to their depot. Not impressed at all.”

“A week past, I was still waiting for the product I ordered, but they making sure it was sent out to me the same day I contacted them. And I received the products 2 days later. All in all very happy with the customer service. Thank you Nat for your prompt reply and action.”

“The order was accidently delivered to the wrong address. I chased this up and was promised a call back to rearrange delivery.....never received that call.”

“I was quite disappointed about communication and delivery. I placed my order on 29th April and estimated delivery date was on 3rd or 4th May. And I paid 6,50£ for that delivery. My parcell was not delivered by 4th so I reached company via phone. On my first attempt gentleman on the phone took my order number and promised to call back in couple of minutes. That did not happen so I reached company on the second attempt. So finally they looked up for my order and told me that things I had ordered are not in the stock (on online shopping every item was in stock!). So I asked why nobody informed me. Did not get any response on that. And gentleman promised me to let me know when missing items will be in stock and when will the parcell be delivered. Did not happen as well. I received parcell in two weeks since I placed the order. With no delivery refunded or apology. I am sure this was one and only time I used services of this company. Radim Zvanovec”

“We ordered a dozen 7 cm wavy edge ramekin dishes. They arrived a few days later in a very large, well-padded box. The ramekin dishes are of good quality - smooth glass edges and no apparent bubbles in the glass. However, the dishes are much smaller than we had anticipated. In hindsight we should have looked at a tape measure before ordering!”
