Hello Kerrie, Thank you for your review and constructive comments. Please accept our apologies for the delay on the order. I have passed on your comments to our suppliers and this won't be happening again. Also, because of your comments and dissatisfaction with our service, we've now also implemented a system whereby customers will be contacted if an order can't be satisfied within an specified time frame. If you ever wish to place an order in the future, give our Web Manager a call beforehand and we can arrange a discount on your order and a fast tracked delivery where possible. “Website had trouble loading the Paypal payment option in the end had to use a card, yet to receive information about my products being shipped. Even though i met the qualifications for the next day delivery it wasn't even given to me as an option and I should have received the package yesterday.”

“Urgently required Rational Cleaning Tablets for my Rational Oven. Ordered late on Tuesday evening and Tablets arrived first thing Thursday morning. Great delivery service. Cheapest Rational Tablets available.”
