“I initially ordered cutlery on 17 July. It still hadn't arrived mid August. Phoned to cancel. Nat was very helpful. Strangely, half the cutlery arrived mid Sept even though I cancelled. Again, Nat very helpful but overall, not the best shopping experience.”

“I was topping up a cutlery set I'd originally bought elsewhwere. Both ordering and delivery were a little complicated, neither their problem (going away and delivery hitches) but everyone we dealt with at Crosby's was very helpful and professional. I will definitely be using them again and wish I'd found them beforehand !”
