“Really pleased with the service, speed and efficiency of our purchase from Crosby's and especially that your courier gives an hour slot for anticipated delivery on the specified day. So very much more helpful than "sometime between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm"!!”

“Very prompt but sent the wrong order (glass size) but put it right immediately and the glasses were swapped over. Always a good sign of customer service when things are put right immediately with no fuss. Highly recommended”

“I have found Crosbys to be an extremely accommodating company, very fast and efficient. Their Customer Service is excellent. This is the first time I have used their service and will certainly be purchasing from them again. They also have an effective website. I recently had to return a couple of Chefs jackets to exchange, due to me ordering the wrong size, sorted immediately! I would highly recommend using Crosbys for your Catering needs, Happy customer.”

“I'm a private individual, not a commercial concern, who just wanted a decent set of crockery that will hopefully last. Having checked out various brands I settled on Porcelite as a traditional appearance white plate style. A quick search on the internet brought up Crosbys, who had the goods at the right price and were prompt in delivery.”
