I was topping up a cutlery set I'd originally bought elsewhwere. Both ordering and delivery were a little complicated, neither their problem (going away and delivery hitches) but everyone we dealt with at Crosby's was very helpful and professional. I will definitely be using them again and wish I'd found them beforehand !
