Product as anticipated but delivery was painfully slow - it took 4 days from the date of order to even acknowledge that the order had been received. Especially when I am less than 50 miles from Crosbys. Faster delivery for same brand available from Amazon and other online suppliers

Really disappointed - thought I was ordering dinner plates. Only 6 side plates for£98 - on other sites I have discovered I could have dinner plates for the same price.

I asked 2 cancel 1 of my orders , I spoke 2 some one one the fone .. He told me reply to his email to conform I wonted to cancel.. After doing that I called to conform again and was told the cancellation was done.. But the parcel came and with both order and money was taken... Poor seveice

Just received my delivery, box and glasses completely filthy and covered in dust. Only 4 of 6 glasses in the box and one random other glass - disgusting! I called customer service and was redirected to send an email which has now been ignored... Feel like I've been scammed.

This is worst online retailer I’ve ordered from. I ordered a box of flutes which came as a box of 6, intended to be a gift. Unfortunately, one arrived broken. I requested a refund and offered to send the box back as a replacement would not arrive in time for the gift. The retailer refused, they said they would only refund me for the one broken glass, despite it being a box of 6. They also said if I wanted to return them I’d have to pay the postage costs. The only thing they offered was to send out one new glass to replace the broken one. I had to take this option and have the redundant glasses as I couldn’t gift them. The replacement glass also had marks on from handling. I would not order from this retailer again and would encourage others not to also.

No response from Customer Service about the delivery status. I have been sending emails for 4 times but still no responses. I do urgently need the goods but now I don’t know if I should order from somewhere else or not.

Unfortunately really poor service. Took nearly 2 weeks for our order, was told things were not “in stock at their warehouse”. Please don’t sell the items then, just simply put out of stock or an expected delivery date. Had to chase my order up twice. I was told on the first occasion, it would be sent out that same day by express delivery. Second time I phoned(4 days later), I was told that information was incorrect and that the order hadn’t even been dispatched. Very poor communication and really slow deliveries, next time I’ll just buy off Amazon as they guarantee next day. Sorry

Very poor service. I didn’t received my order and after 4 days or so I phoned as it still hadn’t been delivered. I was told it went to the wrong address (different from my billing and delivery address!). No idea where they got that address from. Anyway, it was admitted that it was their fault and that another box will be sent right away. 7 days later, nothing. I ring back, I’m told that they’re still waiting for the original one to come back before they send me a new one!! A) this wasn’t what was agreed! B) I don’t see why I need to wait around for them to get the original back! It’s not as if I could ever receive it since it went to a random address!! Anyway, the second gentleman apologetic enough but having waited over 14 days for simple soup bowls is simply ridiculous. Still don’t get why they didn’t send another box when it’s clearly their fault! And if they needed to wait till the box came back - why on Earth would you not let me know this instead of saying you’re sending a new one and giving me false expectations?! First order, won’t be rushing back to order again. I’ll give 4/10 (simply because the Second Gentleman was very apologetic and empathetic and didn’t understand why this stupid policy is in place either). If it weren’t for him… it’ll be a 1/10!!!

Very bad customer service, orderd it in back October 2021 got delivered on 17th February 2022. Took them 5 months to deliver , Very slow service. Will never ever will buy anything from them

ORDERED IN NOVEMBER, GOT PROMISED AFTER A NUMBER OF PHONES CALLS IT WILL BE HERE IN DECEMEBER 2021, DID NOT ARRIVE TILL FEB 2022, DO NOT USE, DID NOT EMAIL ME OR EXPLAIN WHY SO LATE. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE! DO NOT USE!!!
