I ordered a set of 6 glasses as an Xmas gift at the end of November, they eventually arrived on the 23rd Dec and when I checked the package that evening one glass was broken. I called the next day but the company was closed for Xmas and new year, which is fair enough. They picked up my query after the holidays and offered a refund of one glass! I can hardly gift 5 glasses to someone but it's a take it or leave it situation....anyway, we're now late into January and I'm still waiting for that refund. Im afraid this is one to avoid in the future.

Ordered 3 items from you on 20th Oct 2024, only received 1 item so far and still waiting for the rest of the products to be delivered. Received the product dispatched email for that one item after receiving the delivery!?? Already spoke to your colleague about the rest of the order on 24th Oct 2024, only to be told that you don’t even have it in stock and it had to be ordered from somewhere else. I was promised that the item will be delivered to me on 25th Oct 2024. As of today, still not received it! Why advertise it on your website when you don’t even have the products?? Why do you think that it is acceptable to make people wait ?? Also paid £6.95 for the delivery charge, but where’s my order??

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Poor customer service, poor refund service only resolved by contacting PayPal.

Terrible company. I bought and paid for spoons in July. They arrived a month later and they were the wrong spoons. I complained and asked for a refund and have still not received the refund and we ae now in September.

Waited 13 days for my cutlery after 3 phone calls asking where it was ! Four small boxes Arrived in a huge box with no padding. Thrown around and bashed . I emailed a complaint heard nothing and will now send back for a full refund , I hope I get this promptly !! .. the customer service team are very friendly and polite but don’t email or do anything they say they will they will, don’t recommend

Order arrived with some damages. I contacted them within the 24hrs to report the damages and I have since chased. It’s now be over a week and not had a response. Aftersales is poor.

Please see various emails - I STILL haven’t received my order…… Not sure what is going on but at the moment very disappointed and to get a request for a review makes it even more annoying.

Product as anticipated but delivery was painfully slow - it took 4 days from the date of order to even acknowledge that the order had been received. Especially when I am less than 50 miles from Crosbys. Faster delivery for same brand available from Amazon and other online suppliers

Really disappointed - thought I was ordering dinner plates. Only 6 side plates for£98 - on other sites I have discovered I could have dinner plates for the same price.

I asked 2 cancel 1 of my orders , I spoke 2 some one one the fone .. He told me reply to his email to conform I wonted to cancel.. After doing that I called to conform again and was told the cancellation was done.. But the parcel came and with both order and money was taken... Poor seveice

Just received my delivery, box and glasses completely filthy and covered in dust. Only 4 of 6 glasses in the box and one random other glass - disgusting! I called customer service and was redirected to send an email which has now been ignored... Feel like I've been scammed.

This is worst online retailer I’ve ordered from. I ordered a box of flutes which came as a box of 6, intended to be a gift. Unfortunately, one arrived broken. I requested a refund and offered to send the box back as a replacement would not arrive in time for the gift. The retailer refused, they said they would only refund me for the one broken glass, despite it being a box of 6. They also said if I wanted to return them I’d have to pay the postage costs. The only thing they offered was to send out one new glass to replace the broken one. I had to take this option and have the redundant glasses as I couldn’t gift them. The replacement glass also had marks on from handling. I would not order from this retailer again and would encourage others not to also.
