“The items I ordered were exactly what I wanted and matched my existing cutlery set. However, delivery took several weeks and there was no indication of when delivery would be. I had to make all the contacts. I had to laugh when my teaspoons arrived as they were in the biggest cardboard box imaginable. This is ok if you are selling large quantities of fresh air, but not for a tiny box of teaspoons.”
