“The plates and cups we ordered are really good quality, very happy with my purchase. One plate was smashed in the box, however I emailed customer service and they replied very quickly to say they would send out a replacement.”

“Easy website to use. Goods as described and well packaged. Would have given 5* if I had been notified that they were awaiting stock when order placed but customer services were very responsive when I queried why I had not received the goods when expected.”

“I ordered a set of six ramekin dishes, which were delivered within three days. I was very pleased with them but, unfortunately, one was broken. My heart sank at the thought of having to return the parcel and wait for a new one to be sent out. However, my phone call to customer services was answered promptly and a replacement dish arrived within two days.”

“Product was excellent just as described! Just to note that the shipping label had cut off the first number of my home address so it was delivered to the wrong house. It took a few days for my neighbour to work out which house it belonged to. But it was delivered to him very quickly!”

“Very pleased with products. Slightly disappointed in delivery times. Had to contact them after 11 days as I had heard nothing and they hadn't arrived . They were quick to respond and informed me they would dispatch them later that day. Received them within 24hrs.”

“All were received in perfect order. Crosbys had advised that the goods would be delivered on Thursday or Friday but they arrived the following Monday a couple of working days later. Fortunately, this was not a problem and the issue I am sure is with the delivery company rather than with Crosbys. Thank you for your help with the order. Much appreciated.”

“Decent website and easy to find what I was looking for. Communication was good with update emails about my order. The only 'issue', considering the delivery cost, was the 3 days it took to pack and ship my order, but not a problem as I wasn't in a rush. The items (coffee cups, saucers) were well wrapped and arrived in great condition.”

“I recently bought the Robert Welch Drift Teapot from Crosby's. The teapot looks great & is top quality & Crosby's had the lowest price I could find. Service was great & quick delivery. The only disappointment was that the Tea Infuser for the Drift Teapot has to be purchased separately. At this high price level I would have expected it to be included. Every other teapot I have ever bought at a far lower price always includes it's native infuser/strainer if it has one.. This meant a 2nd order & paying another £ 22 including additional delivery costs. I appreciate that this is an issue with the manufacturer rather than Crosby's themselves, but the website description should clearly state this.”

“Great website, reasonably priced products and great quality. Also some highly reduced sale items. Order process was efficient and communication was good. My only negative is the shipping costs were on the high side and will probably put me off ordering in the future.”
