“Very efficient service - my delivery came the day after ordering. But check the sizes - I was expecting a tumble which was slightly bigger. Advertised as 200 ml, but I can only get 150 ml of liquid in them!!!”

“All of online order not available so part order was not delivered until I rang. I ordered a wrong product and asked for replaced item to be delivered with the balance of the original order but returns are not accepted. Total delivery not received in an acceptable time.”

“Product OK, but charged a small fortune for delivery and then took ages to arrive. Delivery and VAT addons more than doubled the price from £8 to £18.”

“Products good, delivery slow. The product(s) I ordered were supposed to be dispatched quickly. Whilst I appreciate that everyone is experiencing difficulties due to Brexit etc., 5 weeks is a *very* long amount of time for an order to take! Will be going straight to the suppliers next time!”

“Placed an order in October didn’t receive any notice about delivery after 2 months had to get in touch myself .just received part of the order and still nothing from them about the rest”

“I'm giving 3 stars because the product is perfect and just what I was after (teaspoons). However the service was very poor. I made my original order back at the beginning of November and chased after two weeks to be told the product was no longer in stock and that I would receive notification in due course. After chasing twice the items were despatched but only because of me following up. No apology etc. Would hesitate about ordering from this firm again due to lack of communication.”
