Ordered and paid for "in stock" items more than a week ago. No email confirmation, nothing delivered and both my email enquiries have been ignored. When it comes to customer service Crosbys simply don't deliver (literally)!

I would have rated the customer experience as poor if it wasn't for the excellent quality of goods received. I called twice to customer support chasing my order - the second time as the support handler did not call me back as promised. On both occasions he appeared un interested, lacking a personality and gave an impression as not being bothered. We waited ages for part of the delivery- the fact certain goods were out of stock at warehouse (despite when we ordered it said different) which wasn't a problem, the fact your staff didn't think it necessary to let us know by a simple email??

Exceptional price. Been meaning to complete my set of PIEDMONT cutlery from Villeroy & Boch and this order helped me do that. Great value for money for sure.

Product as anticipated but delivery was painfully slow - it took 4 days from the date of order to even acknowledge that the order had been received. Especially when I am less than 50 miles from Crosbys. Faster delivery for same brand available from Amazon and other online suppliers

I don’t know why I received email to ask for review because after 3 weeks of the day I purchased the product I still haven’t received anything. I’ve been emailing and calling and filling online forms but there’s no response to my email and the person in the phone kept asking me to wait, told me they’ll get back to me but never. I now start to wonder if this is a fake website and will never deliver the product to me. Don’t buy from them. I will leave my real name here just to let everyone know this is a serious complain. I do not feel happy about the experience at all.

Con merchants went into administration the day after i placed order for 6 rational tabs. Im 330 quid out of pocket and i see they are trading virtually straight away. BLOODY CROOKS

I absolutely adore my Porcelite Seasons Stone plates, bowls, serving patters, cups and saucers. Classy and robust (dishwasher and oven proof) for an excellent price. Absolutely first class customer service, Rachel was lovely and helped organise a Saturday delivery. Recommend and would use again!

Charged for goods that weren't in stock. 2 weeks to dispatch. The courier firm now can't find my order! They might be the cheapest, but not the best.

Glasses arrived smashed to pieces. Called to discuss was told send me some pictures and we will arrange some replacements to be sent. No aknowledgement of my email and no replacements received! To top it off received an email today advising if I left a positive would get £5 off next order..?

Ordered my items, your website showed the item in stock and usually ships within 24 hours, 9 days passed and you never sent me the item and didn't explain to me why there was any delay. Had to resort on requesting a refund via PayPal which then prompted you to swiftly post the item the next day!! Item arrived in a crushed box, thankfully nothing damaged. After all this, nobody at your company phoned or sent me an email to apologise for the situation. Glad I paid via PayPal which made it easy to escalate my issue and get my money back, if I'd paid by another method I would potentially have never received my items. Poor company, bad communication, would NOT recommend and will leave a negative review via trustpilot.

Hello Glen, Sincere apologies for the delay with your order. We had a stock issue with one of the items in the Copper Cocktail Kit meaning there was a delay in constructing and sending out the items. However, I agree you should have been informed of this earlier and due to your feedback, we'll be making sure this happens for future customers. Ordered aweek ago and still havent received order... was however promised I would get it today or tomorrow.. if there is a delay in future a quick call would of be most appreciated

Also, because of your comments and dissatisfaction with our service, we've now also implemented a system whereby customers will be contacted if an order can't be satisfied within an specified time frame. The cutlery I ordered - 12 pieces only) arrived in a very badly torn box which could have held well over hundreds. They were strewn across the bottom of the box, the 2 inside boxes holding the 12 pieces (dinner knives) were very badly torn and obviously just thrown in the large box hence scattered across the bottom. To top it all only 11 table knives were in the box. I spoke to the customer services staff and as requested emailed them with photos of this order. I am still after a week awaiting the missing table knife, a response or apology. Absolutely nothing. I am disgusted and disappointed. Could not recommend this company.

Terrible company. I bought and paid for spoons in July. They arrived a month later and they were the wrong spoons. I complained and asked for a refund and have still not received the refund and we ae now in September.

Waited 13 days for my cutlery after 3 phone calls asking where it was ! Four small boxes Arrived in a huge box with no padding. Thrown around and bashed . I emailed a complaint heard nothing and will now send back for a full refund , I hope I get this promptly !! .. the customer service team are very friendly and polite but don’t email or do anything they say they will they will, don’t recommend

Order arrived with some damages. I contacted them within the 24hrs to report the damages and I have since chased. It’s now be over a week and not had a response. Aftersales is poor.
