“The cutlery I ordered - 12 pieces only) arrived in a very badly torn box which could have held well over hundreds. They were strewn across the bottom of the box, the 2 inside boxes holding the 12 pieces (dinner knives) were very badly torn and obviously just thrown in the large box hence scattered across the bottom. To top it all only 11 table knives were in the box. I spoke to the customer services staff and as requested emailed them with photos of this order. I am still after a week awaiting the missing table knife, a response or apology. Absolutely nothing. I am disgusted and disappointed. Could not recommend this company.”

“Terrible company. I bought and paid for spoons in July. They arrived a month later and they were the wrong spoons. I complained and asked for a refund and have still not received the refund and we ae now in September.”

“Waited 13 days for my cutlery after 3 phone calls asking where it was ! Four small boxes Arrived in a huge box with no padding. Thrown around and bashed . I emailed a complaint heard nothing and will now send back for a full refund , I hope I get this promptly !! .. the customer service team are very friendly and polite but don’t email or do anything they say they will they will, don’t recommend”
