“I was looking for a mix and match set of crockery and came across Crosbys online. What a fabulous selection to choose from. Arrived well packaged and within timeframe given. Love my new look dining table”

“I ordered a set of six ramekin dishes, which were delivered within three days. I was very pleased with them but, unfortunately, one was broken. My heart sank at the thought of having to return the parcel and wait for a new one to be sent out. However, my phone call to customer services was answered promptly and a replacement dish arrived within two days.”

“Ordered 3 items from you on 20th Oct 2024, only received 1 item so far and still waiting for the rest of the products to be delivered. Received the product dispatched email for that one item after receiving the delivery!?? Already spoke to your colleague about the rest of the order on 24th Oct 2024, only to be told that you don’t even have it in stock and it had to be ordered from somewhere else. I was promised that the item will be delivered to me on 25th Oct 2024. As of today, still not received it! Why advertise it on your website when you don’t even have the products?? Why do you think that it is acceptable to make people wait ?? Also paid £6.95 for the delivery charge, but where’s my order??”

“I ordered the Utopia Praline Coupetini glasses after having drunk a cocktail out of one of them in the Lake District. They are beautiful! I love them so much, I am about to order another set as a gift for my daughter. Ordering was easy, despatch was fast and they were very well packed. Thank you!”
