Ordered my items, your website showed the item in stock and usually ships within 24 hours, 9 days passed and you never sent me the item and didn't explain to me why there was any delay. Had to resort on requesting a refund via PayPal which then prompted you to swiftly post the item the next day!! Item arrived in a crushed box, thankfully nothing damaged. After all this, nobody at your company phoned or sent me an email to apologise for the situation. Glad I paid via PayPal which made it easy to escalate my issue and get my money back, if I'd paid by another method I would potentially have never received my items. Poor company, bad communication, would NOT recommend and will leave a negative review via trustpilot.
