“Goods not received for 2 weeks. I had to chase. No apology, just that they were on their way. I said we're not open on Mondays but delivery attempted then anyway. So now they are Parcelforce depot. hopefully we will receive them this year!”

“It took 3 weeks, lots of phone calls where I was promised it would be dispatched tomorrow then someone finally said they were waiting on the last item so they had been lying that it was in stock every other time. When it finally arrived it looked like it had come direct from the manufacturer so I had again been lied too. Please if you bother reading customer feedback just learn to be honest, don’t repeatedly lie to a customer and if you say you will “personally phone you back tomorrow” bother to pick up the phone. It’s just rude.”

“Saw the porcelite seasons range in a restaurant in Liverpool and loved it. Great range of tableware in lovely colors, quick delivery. Well packaged but 2 bowls broken, looks like box had been knocked in transit. Crosby’s sorted replacement immediately.”
