“Excellent prices and speedy delivery. We were kept updated during the delivery process. We are very pleased with the glassware we received - Chef & Sommelier Open Up 55cl Tannic Glasses as well as some whisky glasses from the same range - and will order again from Crosbys.”

“The wine glasses we wanted were quite unusual and not available from the usual retail outlets. Crosby’s had a fantastic selection and very competitive prices. For delivery they were very well packed and very quick with no breakages.”

“Fabulous personable customer service from your lovely lady Dawn. Items (Champagne flutes£ arrived promptly, well wrapped and in tac. Had originally ordered the same items via Amazon Prime and not only did they cost more through Amazon, they arrived smashed and I had to send them back.”

“Arrived in good time and all is perfect. The only criticism I have two wine glasses were in a huge box, with so much bubble wrap, which I’m sure wasn’t needed. But I suppose, better safe then sorry”

“I have been waiting over 2 weeks for 3 griddle scrapers, I have sent 2 emails to ask there whereabouts and had no reply to either. Very poor service and customer service stay well clear 😡”

“Product great but the service pretty poor had to chase order via email and phone they didn’t both getting back to me and I had to chase again was promised a delivery date after complaint the date came and went another phone call and they still hadn’t sent package need to do better”

“All fine, though it would have been useful to have had more delivery information like a link to the courier as they now have live delivery info. It was a good job I was home today to receive. I did phone Crosbys to ask about more delivery info. I was promised an email but no information came through. Crosbys didn’t hold the stock but routed my order to the manufacturers who sent it out. So who’s fault the lack of delivery info was is a moot point but as I dealt with Crosbys I think it is theirs.”

“Very poor service. Placed an order on line, paid in full, then heard nothing. I then get an e- mail to ask me to write a positive review of my purchase. Well I haven’t received my goods. Then call to get update only to be told that goods are our of stock. Can’t be trusted - will not use again.”

“A week after ordering it still had not been dispatched so I had to phone to chase it up, to which they then dispatched it. When it arrived the box was covered in a brown sticky substance. The decanter is exactly what I wanted and expected! So not so good service but good product!”
