Ordered for the first time. One week later no updates on the order. When I called them on the Friday I was promised the order would arrive by the following Tuesday. I waited until the Friday and received no updates or apologies for the delay. I called on the Friday afternoon. Very poor customer service. Eventually received the order after 17 days. Other suppliers I use are mostly next day delivery. Poor service from a company who when you call a recorded message tells you how they are family run and how good their customer service is.
