“Absolutely thrilled with the plates that I purchased. We saw them on a recent holiday and traced them through the hotel we stayed in. Service from Crosby’s was amazing the plates arrived with 3-4 days and were so well packaged. We will definitely be ordering from Crosby’s again.”

“Thank you for the Nude Shade whisky glasses. Excellent service from order to delivery. 3 glasses broken in delivery, not Crosbys fault at all. They replaced items promptly. Kept me informed all the way. Will be using again and recommend to my friends too.”

“I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the cups, saucers, plates and glasses from Crosby’s.They look great- I’ve had lots of compliments, especially on the brightly coloured cups and saucers- and they are robust too. The delivery is excellent and the telephone service polite, friendly and efficient. Excellent!”

“Having used Crosbys before, I was very comfortable in ordering from them again. As per my previous purchases, everything was perfect right from ordering to delivery. All items were just as described, well packed and delivered quickly. I will have no hesitation in using them again.”

“Delivery was on time and correct but either the Carrier Service was poor or the package it left in was poor because what arrived at our warehouse was by some miracle still in tact despite it looking like it had been through a washing machine. Given that the products are in plastic (therefore breakable) boxes we respectfully suggest that the packaging is sturdier for future deliveries”
