“It took 3 weeks, lots of phone calls where I was promised it would be dispatched tomorrow then someone finally said they were waiting on the last item so they had been lying that it was in stock every other time. When it finally arrived it looked like it had come direct from the manufacturer so I had again been lied too. Please if you bother reading customer feedback just learn to be honest, don’t repeatedly lie to a customer and if you say you will “personally phone you back tomorrow” bother to pick up the phone. It’s just rude.”

“Saw the porcelite seasons range in a restaurant in Liverpool and loved it. Great range of tableware in lovely colors, quick delivery. Well packaged but 2 bowls broken, looks like box had been knocked in transit. Crosby’s sorted replacement immediately.”

“I can’t complain about the actual products as they were exactly what I was after.. The big issue with my order was that I had to wait over two weeks to receive it and made multiple phone calls before finally finding out that the warehouse had sent my items with the wrong label on. For this reason it will definitely put me off ordering in the future as most items I need are of high priority and urgency.”
