“Fantastic service and beautiful product. I did make a mistake and order the 7' warmer and should have ordered a larger one to accommodate the fajita wraps I normally buy.”

“I bought a set of 6 glass storage jars. They are tall cube shapes with square lids. They fit neatly into a deep kitchen drawer and you can easily see the contents (different pastas etc.) through the glass lid. They arrived intact and very well packed. Perfect.”

“Placed an order, finally got a call after nearly a month apologising for how late it was. It arrived two days later. 50% of the items were broken and I was assured replacements would be sent out, it's been a week and these still haven't been received. I expressed my disappointment over the phone to someone and they were apologetic, however when I asked if I would receive any form of compensation I was told that I wouldnt, plus I'm still waiting for half my order. I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, especially not bad ones, but the service from Crosbys was shocking. I would urge you to steer well clear!”

“Ordered for the first time. One week later no updates on the order. When I called them on the Friday I was promised the order would arrive by the following Tuesday. I waited until the Friday and received no updates or apologies for the delay. I called on the Friday afternoon. Very poor customer service. Eventually received the order after 17 days. Other suppliers I use are mostly next day delivery. Poor service from a company who when you call a recorded message tells you how they are family run and how good their customer service is.”

“Found the website whilst price matching Chef and Sommelier champagne glasses. Placed an order which despite carriage charges was still significantly cheaper than the prices I had seen elsewhere. I received outstanding service - glasses were for a gift so I rang to check delivery timescales given festive period. I received the glasses (in perfect condition) the following day. I would highly recommend this company based on my experiences. Many thanks to Crosbys.”

“Helpful, there is always someone to speak to if there are any problems. The staff are respectful and friendly and the products are really good quality. I've ordered twice and will continue to order for my coffee shop. The Porcelite seasons range looks much more beautiful than the photos depict.”
