Decent website and easy to find what I was looking for. Communication was good with update emails about my order. The only 'issue', considering the delivery cost, was the 3 days it took to pack and ship my order, but not a problem as I wasn't in a rush. The items (coffee cups, saucers) were well wrapped and arrived in great condition.
