“The delivery took a little longer than expected but given the time of year and the COVID restrictions was not unreasonable. l The qulaity of the glasses is great... we have previously bought red wine glasses and equally impressed.”

“Good selection of hardwearing a practical crockery and glassware perfect for holiday cottages. Deducted one star as online order delivery was so bad I ended up collecting it myself after approx 3 weeks of waiting .... That said, I will be happy to continue using Crosbys!”

“Ordered the Oenologue expert glasses. Fantastic product, probably best glasses I have ever bought. Even makes plonky wine taste good. One star off as delivery was delayed, most likely due to Covid 19.”

“Very pleased with my purchase and the price. I have not given 5 stars because I think the descriptions of the items I purchased could have been a little better and Crosbys could use the same descriptions as the manufacture. Minor point but it would have helped with selecting the right item. The delivery company sent me a text for delivery on the same day the item arrived, luckily I was in. Overall, really happy with the service and will definitely recommend Crosbys and use them again.”

“Glasses arrived as described and undamaged (Stoelzle Revolution - highly recommended!). Took a little longer than expected but they were not needed urgently. The range of glassware available looked good and I would definitely look here first in future. Very happy to have given my money to a proper business rather than Amazon.”
