I order wine glasses more than 4 weeks ago and still haven't received the glasses . After few calls only to know the glasses went missing from warehouse . I am still awaiting delivery . It will now take another week

The glass that I ordered (Chefs & Sommelier) were not supplied. Instead the box contained much cheaper look alikes by Crystal d'Arques. Very disappointed.

Hello Andy, Thank you for your honest review and please accept our apologies for this. Our manufacturer accidentally changed the branding on some of the Chef & Sommelier glasses to the Crystal d'Arques branding. This means that some of the wrongly branded glasses have reached customers. Rest assured that the glasses are no different in quality, however, if you do wish to exchange them please get in touch and we'll arrange for them to be swapped over if stock is available. I'm still waiting on my order which hasn't arrived yet. It took nearly two weeks from ordering to dispatch email, so didn't arrive in time to give as a birthday present last Friday!!

Ordered my items, your website showed the item in stock and usually ships within 24 hours, 9 days passed and you never sent me the item and didn't explain to me why there was any delay. Had to resort on requesting a refund via PayPal which then prompted you to swiftly post the item the next day!! Item arrived in a crushed box, thankfully nothing damaged. After all this, nobody at your company phoned or sent me an email to apologise for the situation. Glad I paid via PayPal which made it easy to escalate my issue and get my money back, if I'd paid by another method I would potentially have never received my items. Poor company, bad communication, would NOT recommend and will leave a negative review via trustpilot.

Hello Glen, Sincere apologies for the delay with your order. We had a stock issue with one of the items in the Copper Cocktail Kit meaning there was a delay in constructing and sending out the items. However, I agree you should have been informed of this earlier and due to your feedback, we'll be making sure this happens for future customers. Once the PayPal dispute has been resolved, as a gesture of goodwill we will refund 20% of your order value. (PayPal don't allow a refund until the dispute has been closed). Regards, Nat @ Crosbys.

Everything went wrong. Waited 14 days for items to be arrived just to recieve wrong items. Still waiting after 19 days for complete delivery. After paid for the order and waited 12 days found out some items out of stock. Did they contact me? You bet they didn't. Had to call myself. Still it was available to purchase for next delivery. So many phone calls still not resolved. STAY AWAY. LOT OTHER RETAILERS OUT THERE OFFER BETTER SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME. SPEND THAT VALUBLE TIME IN YOUR BUSINESS. It's not that long before they go bankrupted with this kind of service don't waste your time and money on them.

Hello, Firstly we must apologise for the delay. As explained, there was a rare processing error which meant your order hadn't been put through our shipping process. We did contact you when we found that items were dicontinued and refunded the money immediately. This is a very rare occassion and we've put steps in place to stop this happening again. Service was very poor from start to finish,had to chase my order after two weeks,no phone back after was told the service manager was on hoilday

Still waiting for cutlery to be delivered, was told it was due to arrive Wednesday or Thursday of last week.?? Ordered and paid for items on the 10th march. Customer care unacceptable, nobodies calls you back with any information.

Placed order on a Monday, received confirmation on Wednesday, should of received order Thursday against advised, order arrived Friday 4pm, not complete, missing 2 packs of plates, and three other plates smashed in another pack, also missing three packs of cutlery, whole package just thrown in one large box, informed customer service who informed me that they would resend three boxes of six plates and the remainder of the cutlery on the Saturday, offers arrived, one box of six plates and no cutlery. Have not had chance yet to inform them of missing items delivered on Saturday. Will not use Crosbys again. Richard Mumford (Bricklayers Arms, Old Leake, Boston)

Ordered on a Thursday and had to e mail the following tuesday evening to say it hadn't arrived. Received e mail on the following day saying a problem at the warehouse and goods received on the Friday.

I completed my order on 18th Nov, but finally I recived it on 12th Dec. I've called you four times, but nobody told me what's going on. The guy promised that he will call me back, but he didn't.

It's been incredibly busy this festive season and we were having problems coping due to annual leave and an increase in order. After 3 weeks i am still waiting for my order to be completed. Original order was 4 forks, 2 knives, and 18 x19.5cm oval dishes. Order that came 6 knives no folks and 18 16.5 oval dishes. The dishes where picked up. They said we could keep the knives but they had no 19.5 dishes left in stock, would we take the next size up which we agreed to 21cm. They then delivered 18x25cm oval dishes along with our forks . we have let your company know that we do not wish to have the 25cm dishes as these are too large and we are still awaiting for these to be picked up and 21cm to be delivered. please can someone let us know what is going on. Also i suggest whoever is ticking off the deliveries is questioned before you start losing business.
