It took 3 weeks, lots of phone calls where I was promised it would be dispatched tomorrow then someone finally said they were waiting on the last item so they had been lying that it was in stock every other time. When it finally arrived it looked like it had come direct from the manufacturer so I had again been lied too. Please if you bother reading customer feedback just learn to be honest, don’t repeatedly lie to a customer and if you say you will “personally phone you back tomorrow” bother to pick up the phone. It’s just rude.

I waited a month to receive my order; had to chase it 4 times! Was told one item was out of stock & would be called straight back with an update & only on the 4th time did someone actually call me back. Upon opening the final delayed item the thimble isn't marked with CE stamp as the sales description states. Waste of money! Waste of time attempting to contact them! Would not recommend & would not use again!

I ordered some items on the 4th of September, and did not receive them until the 24th of October. There was no notifications or communications from Crosbys to inform of the reason for the delay. I did phone them early October and was told that an item was out of stock. There was no apology, and the attitude was impersonal and not at all apologetic. The goods when they arrived (without checking every ramekin in every box) seem fine, but atrocious customer service. Box when delivered was left at neighbouring business door, with no attempt to knock my door. Not impressed.

Poor delivery service. Placed 4 or 5 orders with Crosby’s but have had to chase each one. Last order stated 3 to 4 days delivery at checkout but almost 1 month later still no email confirming a delivery day. When phoned to complain, was advised one item was not in stock, rest of order has been sat here on palette for over 3 weeks, no good to me though. Not informed about lateness. Was then advised the out of stock item would not be available for another 3 months. Managed to arrange the available items to be delivered, presumably if I gad not chased then it would have been over 4 moths before receiving my order. Not good especially for the catering trade we’re I can easily order for next day to generally 2 to 3 day delivery. Should not have to chase my order every time and if some items are not in stock, need to be informed and still deliver partial order out on time.

Firstly I was about to order glasses from crosby's. Luckily I saw them on a different website, where they said they were plastic. I called up Crosbys and the lady was rude and made it sound very obvious despite not saying it ANYWHERE on the page. I placed an order and was not given any delivery date. 5 days later I called them up and again very rude, saying that I was given the delivery date (which I have scoured all the confirmation and is NOWHERE) and that it is 2 weeks from when I placed the order. They need to be more transparent with the delivery times instead of pushing their customers deadlines to save money. I would NEVER order from them again.

Yet to receive my item. Shouod have been shipped within 48hrs after purchase, coming up to a month later. Was told last week I should have received it Thursday, but did not arrive. Will give this week before asking for a full refund.

Disappointed. Ordered an ice bucket....when it arrived it was absolutely tiny.....I don't realise it was only for a miniature. Please make advertising clear as it falls below standards. Thank you

Placed order on 5 Sep, didn't receive until 24 Sept. I called after 1 week of placing order and was told that item had to be sent from warehouse and that I was emailed about time of delivery. Never received any email nor phone calls. Provided feedback on website but never got a call.

My last order took around 7 weeks to execute. Clearly you do not have an automatic procedure to tell you when something has gone astray. Perhaps you would like to consider this possibility as part of your organisation. My previous orders merited 5 stars; my last order merits 1 star.

Ordered wrong size chefs jackets , rang them twice and sent a dozen emails .... no response ! I just want to return items and exchange for correct size ! Maybe they will see this and respond !

Order placed 29th May 2019. No response until I queried delivery end of June. Was promised delivery the following Wednesday or Thursday. No response until I cancelled order on 22nd July. Totally unacceptable, will never order from Crosbys again.

An expected day or so delivery took 11 days to arrive despite us chasing up the order and being told it would be put on an overnight it was'nt, so as we were additionally not told the truth we wrote a review. To improve get product out when you say it will be delivered and most people will not mind a day or so late but 11 that's not acceptable.
