Worst than buying from alibaba. No replies, still waiting after 3 weeks almost. No call backs. Very unprofessional, I want my money back and keep your stuff.

I’ve been waiting for my order over a week and I’m still don’t know where it is , waisting my time in tel call more that 3, waiting for some one to call me back , I must to admit that it’s my falt as I use you 3 times and the 3 times I have problems with my order , the informtiom in your web it’s wrong , I’ve been using others companies and allways have my order next day with out any problem ( nisbets, caterkwik etc). I’m very desapoint .

It’s been seven weeks and I still haven’t received my order! I have emailed them called spoken to them and they keep saying they’ll get back to me. They didn’t reply back to my emails nor did I get a call back. They have the worst customer service’

*** DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY*** Immediately took the payment for my £1,300 order and then instead of an email comfirmation I get an email to say the company had gone into administration!! Called up to be told they are unable to refund. Absolute crooks!!😖

Con merchants went into administration the day after i placed order for 6 rational tabs. Im 330 quid out of pocket and i see they are trading virtually straight away. BLOODY CROOKS

Ordered allot of cutlery 4 months ago. A month ago I was told I had rejected the courier, this was a lie as I was at home waiting and why would I reject an order I have been waiting for? After several emails - no response. 3 phone calls of we will look into it - nothing. Now I have been told I have to claim back thru paypal as the company have gone into administration and has new owners... Wish I had never found this company, appalling customer service.

Purchased some rational rinse aid tablets part of the order was wrong (my fault) I returned them at my expense when enquired about a refund to be told CROSBYS have gone into receivership but are still trading under new owners WHAT A CON I THOUGHT THIS KIND OF LTD COMPANY PRACTICE HAD BEEN OUTLAWED YEARS AGO SHAME ON YOU CROSBYS. Stay well away from theses cowboys

Really poor experience Customer Service is Ridiculous I ordered Cutlery That being GRUNWERG Harley 18/0 Stainless Steel O.M.G I think it must be seconds as Various items are not formed correctly the Dessert Forks not stamped out right miss shaped and the Dessert Knives not Stamped out Correctly either the Cutlery comes in boxes of a Dozen ( 12 ) items missing had to chase and chase to get the help Very Poor Service to say the least No emails with regards to any problems either really poor !! We did get replacement Forks and the Missing Table Spoon But Still my First Order as well

I ordered something from Crosby’s for an anniversary gift for my husband. After 4 days I still hadn’t had an email to say the item had been despatched so I rang them. The woman told me that there had been a problem with my order and so they’d had to cancel it. I was really disappointed that I didn’t get a phone call or an email to let me know about this issue and it took me ringing them up to inform me of the problem.

Disappointed with service. A week after ordering I phone Crosbys to be told the product is not in stock and no idea when it will be. Maybe an e-mail to let me know so I could have made other arrangements?

Charged for goods that weren't in stock. 2 weeks to dispatch. The courier firm now can't find my order! They might be the cheapest, but not the best.

I placed an order on October 2 2017 and I have still not received it (it is now February 3, 2018). I have sent several emails asking about the status and I have either been given excuses or not received a reply.

Received my order after loooong wait. Plate box lovingly surrounded by bubble wrap, however plates inside separated only by paper, so one smashed. No sign of pasta plates I ordered and paid for. Emailed straight away and yet to receive a response but got the "write a review" email first. Fingers crossed, I'll get a response.

The item description and photo was incorrect so had to return. When returning, as it had past 14 days (because it was a Christmas present), you are charged 25% of the order! Customer services are rude and unhelpful.

Hello Joanne, thank you for your honest review. We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the goods without a restocking charge. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to our warehouse. This is in line with Distance Selling Regulations. The reason we charge a 25% restocking charge for any returns after teh 14 days is due to the cost of checking the items, sending them back to our supplier and processing the refund. We wish we didn't have to but the costs are just too high. If we didn't, we would have to increase ouor prices overall which isn't something we're comfortable with. I must apologise that you feel our customer services are unhelpful. I will pass on your comments to management to ensure this is followed up internally. Regards, Nat.
