“Crosby is an excellent firm with a great choice and nice staff to give advice. Only negative the packaging which came from another firm was a disgrace to the environment. I do realise they didn't want the goods to break but it was such a waste.”

“Nice webpage, with good information. Reasonable delivery costs. Items were proper wrapped and as expected upon arrival. Delivery was quick once the items where dispatched, but we were disappointed that the items didn't dispatch until 10 days after we had placed the order.”

“I was quite happy with the service. I forgot to put my house number and address I believe on my purchase but they sent me an email which was great otherwise I would have been wondering where my parcel is. Very happy with that.”

“The customer service is fantastic. I needed my order by the end of the week and called on Monday afternoon to enquire. Received my order by Thursday. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful. Thank you!”

“I ordered some very elegant C&S glasses that I had in my wishlist for a long time. Receiving them in very good condition made me feel very happy. However, there were some negative aspects about Crosbys services: 1. Not all the products were in stock and the estimated delivery time was not respected. When asked for information, they said that the ordered will be delayed by one week when all items will be in stock. I would have preferred Crosbys team asking me if I prefer partial delivery in the estimated timeframe. I would have gladly dropped the out of stock items only to receive the order as promised. 2. Because of this delay I asked for the order to be shipped at my address abroad. Crosbys team did their job and sent the parcel to the new indicated address. However, they did not inform me about the progress of their work. During this whole time, the courier service was sending me notifications about the date and place of delivery - to the original address - and I was writing to Crosbys team to inform them about what I thought was an error. Crosbys sales team did not reply to those emails although the parcel was on its way to the correct address. These inconsistencies made the shopping experience really unpleasant. But the received products make me look at positive aspects of this experience.”

“I ordered the cocktail set on Black Friday. When I placed the order I didn't realise there was a carriage charge. As I wanted the goods delivered to Thomas Owen (unit 16) I was amazed that the goods arrived on a carrier. Surely somebody could have carried them around considering you are at unit 14. I won't be ordering anything else over the website as I think £6.50 carriage is not acceptable.”

“Order was well packaged and dealt with quickly, sadly too quickly as I ordered the wrong size cups. I rang the next morning to amend my order however, there wasn't anyone available at that time so they took my number, unfortunately I missed their call and when I called again there still wasn't anyone available. In the end my original order was dispatched and before I was able to change to the correct size. Despite this I would still recommend Crosbys.”
