“After having to chase my order up after 6 days only to be told it had been missed for reasons unknown it did arrive 2 days later . Glasses are lovely.”

“First time I have used this website. Efficient service, great value for money, very impressed with delivery but I emailed to claim back VAT and was told it was not charged, but it does state VAT on my delivery invoice.? Also I ordered 4 x champagne glasses and they arrivied in a box that should be for 6. They are sold as individual glasses so would rather have had a 4 box and as it is for a present it looks as though I have taken two out.”

“I placed my order online and 2 of my glasses have been chipped and 2 were not as expected, I phoned crosbys and the lady said just to pop over with them and she will have replacements waiting, for the 2 not as expected she can't see why that will be a problem to exchange, none of this I've had time to do as yet thought, so hope it goes without incident.”

“Kept us informed of when it was dispatched, easy to use tracking system. Goods as expected, if sent it a rather large box!! Oh and loved the automated message about hassling the couriers with a big stick. Would definately use again.”
