“Ordered glasses on the Monday, advised delivery Weds/Thurs. No sign of them by the Friday, called and order was put on a next day delivery for the Saturday. They arrived well packaged and are good quality. Apart from the slight snag over delivery, I am very happy. Will be purchasing again, thanks.”

Hello Chris, Thank you for your kind review. We had to make a change to one of the products in the cutlery set due to feedback we received from customers about the size of the spoon. The price increase was to cover the cost of a larger teaspoon in the set. Despite this, we're glad that our prices are competitive and thank you for your repeat order. Regards Nat @ Crosbys

“Great products at a good price. The only thing I wish is that if a product is out of stock/ on back order that on order confirmation e-Mail it would state approximate dispatch date.”

“Products are really nice and good. Easy to order. Would have liked to be informed better about the delivery. Seemed some items were not available for some time but they did not inform me so I was wondering when I could expect the delivery. After contacting them I understood what had happened. It then came quickly after this contact moment . But it would have been better if you contact the customer sooner to give a update when articles are not available directly. But again, after that it went fast.”
