“This is a very good top of the range cocktail making kit. I bought it as a birthday present for my son who had just completed a Bar Tendering course in London. It was neatly packaged and had everything he needed. He has used it on many occasions for parties and found it very comprehensive and reliable. All the equipment is good quality, robust and easy to clean. I would recommend it as a far better alternative to cheaper cut down versions you can buy off amazon. Shame it doesn't come in a box which can be used to store the equipment or carry it around with you.”

“The product itself was fine, but my package took over two weeks to arrive. I ordered it at the end of November for a Christmas present, and it barely arrived in time for my flight home, so that was annoying and stressful. And then to top it off, the package didn't look as described. There is an image on the site of all the pieces in the cocktail set in a nice box all packaged up and displayed. It looks like a very nice gift. The real product arrived with every piece loose in a big bag. I emailed about it and got some stupid response about how the picture I was referring to was actually for a different set. No explanation as to why this photo was used for a different product. Will not be shopping here again.”

Hello Stephanie, Thank you for your honest review. As mentioned in my email to yourself, we do have cocktail kits available that come in boxes. You purchased the kit that doesn't have a box displayed on the image. There is nothing in the description which promises a box. However, we have now purchased boxes for the kit as a result of your feedback. To address the significant delay, we have had an influx of orders which we weren't able to predict meaning our process wasn't able to cope. “I completed my order on 18th Nov, but finally I recived it on 12th Dec. I've called you four times, but nobody told me what's going on. The guy promised that he will call me back, but he didn't.”

Hello, Thank you for your honest review. I personally apologise for the delay with your order and for my lack of communication. It's been incredibly busy this festive season and we were having problems coping due to annual leave and an increase in order. “Very pleased with the quality of all the glassware. Unfortunately one champagne flute arrived broken but this was dealt with immediately and a replacement organised without fuss. Great communication throughout. Will shop again.”

“2 glasses came smashed and wrong delivery address was put on parcel so went to business owners home not the business address which was ordered to. Advised few days after emailing that glasses out of stock from supplier so asked for refund instead”

“Product just as described, friendly staff on the phone, slight delay on the order due to items being out of stock, but overall, a good service and they honoured their price match promise as I found the item slightly cheaper elsewhere but Crosby's had a better selection of colours and they matched it!!!”

“Bought the Copper Cocktail Set as a Christmas Gift! Lovely set, good quality. Only gave four stars as items were packaged poorly, postman thought it was broken glass as just put in a bag then a plastic postage bag. Secondly 1 item was missing from the set, however customer service sorted this promptly.”
