“Ordered on 20th December, still waiting for our order to be delivered. Needed the items for Christmas day service. Crosbys were able to deliver a 25ml thimble measure sample but neglected to deliver the £118.82 worth of items required!”

“Hi, so I am very pleased with the quality of the copper cocktail set I purchased from you as a christmas present. However I was rather disgusted with how it was packaged. If I pay over £70 pounds for something that is advice good quality as this product is I would of expected it to be packaged a hell of a lot better than it was. They had just been chucked in to a flimsy box in their plastic wrappers, no bubble wrap or anything to protect whilst on its journey. I feel this needs to improve going forward as will leave customers feeling dissatisfied with a great item. Working within retail myself I understand standards and feel this could be improved going forward. Regards Laura”

“My order came in time for Christmas although I had ordered late and had not specifically requested this. It was well protected by wrapping and the six wine glasses were intact.. I was very pleased.”

“Ordered large oval plates for Christmas Day. They were delivered within 2 days as described. They are a good size, look good and excellent quality. I would recommend them and Crosbys for their excellent customer service.”

“We bought some Villeroy and Boch cutlery from Crosbys to add to a 68 piece set we had purchased from the Villery and Boch outlet at Street. Crosbys were actually cheaper that the outlet and had items we could not obtain elsewhere at less than RRP. Delivery was within the stated time frame. The items could have been packed better, ie in a jiffy bag rather than a plastic bag, but nothing was damaged. Very happy with this.”

“I ordered a cocktailset that had to be delivered outside the UK and was very pleased that they informed me in every step of the process. The package was delivered within 10 days, nothing was broken and the package contained what I ordered, so that's perfect! Overall I am very satisfied!”

“Really good service, easy ordering process and the order received very quickly. It's hard to see exactly how the copper looks in reality from photos due to the shine and reflection but they are absolutely beautiful. I also had a query re the VAT and my call was answered and responded to efficiently and clearly. I have already recommended the service to a friend who is looking for some copper homeware.”

“Terrific service at a terrific price. Searching for the new 'Open Up' style of wine glasses on a recent trip to France, thought they were rather expensive. However, Crosbys' had the exact same product at half the price! And, although I live at the other end of the country, delivered the very next day for free!! Both wine and champagne glasses are terrific - really good value and have been perfect for early Christmas celebrations. So, a first class product from a first class Supplier. Can't rate Crosbys high enough for an excellent service!”

“I ordered some glasses , I contacted you twice to check on a delivery date . I was assured I would have them by my required date. They did not arrive when I contacted you again I was told that you had half the order and were waiting for the other stock . I asked you to sent what you had in stock , both items arrived the next day ! Poor customer service with no contact from your selves .”

“I ordered some glasses less than 2 weeks before Christmas and they were delivered on the next but one day! They were packed beautifully and I had emails to let me know they were on their way and then delivered. Fantastic service! Would highly recommend!”
