“quality of the villeroy boch victor cutlery was very good communication was good but the packaging of the cutlery was poor. Cardboard boxes were broken and the cutlery loose within the plastic bag one knife missing, telephoned a replacement was immediately sent staff were friendly and professional”

“Although I am extremely happy with the product I have bought, it took a long time to arrive, which is rather unexpected nowadays. I think it might be helpful if a delay in delivery would be mentioned when ordering.”

Hello Stephen, Thank you for your review. As the Villeroy & Boch products come from Germany, they do take around 10-15 days to arrive with customers. This is shown on our website and as a delivery date at the checkout.
