“Ordered champagne flutes and wine glasses from the "open up" chef and sommelier range. They arrived on time and very well packaged. They are beautiful glasses and a pleasure to drink from.”

“I ordered a pack of side plates really to check that the product was what we wanted prior to ordering a larger quantity of dinner plates and bowls. The product was exactly what we wanted, well packed and delivered in a satisfactory period of time. I particularly liked the fact that we were given plenty of information via email about the day and the hour when the package would be delivered. This is great as it means we were able to ensure someone was in to accept the package. I would be quite happy top deal with Crosbys again.”

“Fabulous service, quick and efficient. I was worried the glasses I'd ordered might get broken in transit, but they were so well wrapped, even the most heavy-handed courier would have had a job breaking them. thank you!”

“I bought Sundae glasses from you as a gift and my daughter was very pleased. However, we were looking for delicate dessert bowls so she can do gourmet desserts that need layering and showing though the glass. I would happily buy more from you if you could point me in the right direction. Your delivery was on the spot and you were extremely helpful about paperwork as it was a gift. Thank you!”

“Product received promptly. Good value. The insulated jug however loses heat more rapidly than other makes we have had. This is through the collar of the jug which becomes very warm to the touch. Still, the jug keeps the coffee reasonably hot for a couple of hours but after that, we have to re-heat the contents.”

“Overall satisfied with the product yet while placing the order I was told that the delivery would be next day and it did not come for a further 4 working days. I got a message from interlink saying that the parcel was not delivered yet but then no updates further down. When I finally called Crosby's 3 days later to query about the delivery I got told that it was already delivered. This was left in our building's loading bay and signed by a non authorised person.”

Hello Joanna, Thank you for your honest review. There was an issue with the delivery address which was then rectified as soon as we noticed. Our delivery service on Rational Tablets is next day so this event is very unusual. If you do wish to use us in the future for you Rational Tablets, you can be sure this won't happen again.
