“Although I am extremely happy with the product I have bought, it took a long time to arrive, which is rather unexpected nowadays. I think it might be helpful if a delay in delivery would be mentioned when ordering.”

Hello Stephen, Thank you for your review. As the Villeroy & Boch products come from Germany, they do take around 10-15 days to arrive with customers. This is shown on our website and as a delivery date at the checkout. “Ordered and paid for three items and only two arrived without explantion The delivery company couldn't find my address and missed the delivery slot despite having my contact details and gave up until I contacted crosbys Obviously out of stock I have not been contacted with updates for the. balance of my order Not happy”
