“Ordered and paid for three items and only two arrived without explantion The delivery company couldn't find my address and missed the delivery slot despite having my contact details and gave up until I contacted crosbys Obviously out of stock I have not been contacted with updates for the. balance of my order Not happy”

“Multiple products ordered were all sent individually which didn't work well for me in terms of forwarding company. Too many email updates as regards progress of order also. I count a ridiculous seven mails over one order!”

“Fast efficient delivery with great communications. The open up 50 cl glasses are excellent. An unusual shape and a talking point. They are lovely wine glasses to use and look much more expensive than they are.”

“Your company were a breathe of fresh air for our start up business. Found you on the web and loved how simple your website is for customers like myself to navigate a complete a order. Had a quick quiry and you guys picked up the phone within about 5 seconds and helped me out a lot. Delivery was when agreed and packaged well. “Website was easy to navigate. Despatch and delivery time was very good. parcel tracking excellent. Two items were missing from my parcel, but the customer services responded quickly and rectified the problem efficiently.”
