The ordering was good. Delivery was quick - but unfortunately the parcel arrived having been badly and inadequately packed. The wrapping was a thin bag that had obviously broken and was taped up by the 'delivery company' (photo taken on arrival attached)

Ordered on 20th December, still waiting for our order to be delivered. Needed the items for Christmas day service. Crosbys were able to deliver a 25ml thimble measure sample but neglected to deliver the £118.82 worth of items required!

I ordered some glasses , I contacted you twice to check on a delivery date . I was assured I would have them by my required date. They did not arrive when I contacted you again I was told that you had half the order and were waiting for the other stock . I asked you to sent what you had in stock , both items arrived the next day ! Poor customer service with no contact from your selves .

The product itself was fine, but my package took over two weeks to arrive. I ordered it at the end of November for a Christmas present, and it barely arrived in time for my flight home, so that was annoying and stressful. And then to top it off, the package didn't look as described. There is an image on the site of all the pieces in the cocktail set in a nice box all packaged up and displayed. It looks like a very nice gift. The real product arrived with every piece loose in a big bag. I emailed about it and got some stupid response about how the picture I was referring to was actually for a different set. No explanation as to why this photo was used for a different product. Will not be shopping here again.

Hello Stephanie, Thank you for your honest review. As mentioned in my email to yourself, we do have cocktail kits available that come in boxes. You purchased the kit that doesn't have a box displayed on the image. There is nothing in the description which promises a box. However, we have now purchased boxes for the kit as a result of your feedback. To address the significant delay, we have had an influx of orders which we weren't able to predict meaning our process wasn't able to cope. We've addressed this now so there won't be any more issues as we approach Christmas. We do appreciate your honest review and the recipient of the kit enjoys it. Kind Regards, Nat @ Crosbys.

Ordered online for delivery 2-3days it took two further calls and arrived 10days later

Ordered and paid for three items and only two arrived without explantion The delivery company couldn't find my address and missed the delivery slot despite having my contact details and gave up until I contacted crosbys Obviously out of stock I have not been contacted with updates for the. balance of my order Not happy

I initially ordered cutlery on 17 July. It still hadn't arrived mid August. Phoned to cancel. Nat was very helpful. Strangely, half the cutlery arrived mid Sept even though I cancelled. Again, Nat very helpful but overall, not the best shopping experience.

My package was standing by for two weeks because few items were out of stock. That wouldn't be a problem if i was receiving an email about it automatically but i had to find that out myself by contacting you. Once i was told it would be delivered the next day i still had to wait one more week for it. The lime squeezer is still missing from my order and i have no information about when it would arrive. Also the japanese jigger arrived kind of damaged (photo attached) which i am pretty sad about since the jigger itself would be perfect if it was in perfect condition. Despite the the issue about the delay i still wanted to order some more stuff before my package arrived but now i am not sure about it anymore.

Waited over two weeks for the order to be dispatched due to one of the items no longer being stocked. However, I had to chase the order up two-three times before being told this. Every time I called Crosbys I was ensured a call back, this only happened once in my dealing with them. I am also still waiting for a refund on the item that is no longer stocked.

Hello Miranda, Apologies for the delay with your order. As you mentioned, the items aren't a standard stock item so they usually only take an extra day, however, our supplier also had stock issues, hence the delay. Ordered product I plenty of time but they failed to deliver for mymy Mum's birthday. Instead it was 5 days late. They said there was a mix up and it was delivered to their depot. Not impressed at all.

The order was accidently delivered to the wrong address. I chased this up and was promised a call back to rearrange delivery.....never received that call.

I was quite disappointed about communication and delivery. I placed my order on 29th April and estimated delivery date was on 3rd or 4th May. And I paid 6,50£ for that delivery. My parcell was not delivered by 4th so I reached company via phone. On my first attempt gentleman on the phone took my order number and promised to call back in couple of minutes. That did not happen so I reached company on the second attempt. So finally they looked up for my order and told me that things I had ordered are not in the stock (on online shopping every item was in stock!). So I asked why nobody informed me. Did not get any response on that. And gentleman promised me to let me know when missing items will be in stock and when will the parcell be delivered. Did not happen as well. I received parcell in two weeks since I placed the order. With no delivery refunded or apology. I am sure this was one and only time I used services of this company. Radim Zvanovec

First time of using delivery service was disappointed that items were missing when told they were in stock. Got part of delivery on Friday then other was not delivered till Wednesday Got text from courier that would be delivered on Tuesday no delivery. Then got text to say delivery would arrive arrive between 9.40 and 10.40. Did not arrive til about three in afternoon. So not impressed with service

Dear Liz, Please accept our apologies for the disappointing service you received. Unfortunately, one of your items was taken from stock after we had originally informed you they would be available. We were, however, able to deliver the other items the next day due to the Next Day service we provide on most of our items. with regards to the delay in delivery, I have passed on your complaints to the courier as the level of service provided to you for the second delivery was not acceptable. If you were to place an order with us again, compensation will be provided in the way of a discount upon contacting the Website Manager, Nat Bradley prior to placing your order. Ordered aweek ago and still havent received order... was however promised I would get it today or tomorrow.. if there is a delay in future a quick call would of be most appreciated

Website had trouble loading the Paypal payment option in the end had to use a card, yet to receive information about my products being shipped. Even though i met the qualifications for the next day delivery it wasn't even given to me as an option and I should have received the package yesterday.
