My order was placed on 15th Dec for Christmas presents. I phoned on 21st Dec and was told it was due for dispatch the next day. 2 hours later I received an email that it could not be delivered before earl Jan and did I want a refund. I responded very firmly that I wanted my money back asap. Heard nothing back and instead the goods were delivered on 5th Jan which was no use to me.

Ordered 4 glasses via internet. They were delivered in a box for 6 glasses making it appear I had bought them maybe second hand or something. I called to complain. The girl seemed completely disinterested. I then e mailed my concerns for which I didn’t even get a reply. Would never use again.

Placed an order for Xmas delivery on 26th November. Item was on 10-15 day delivery. It’s now 27th December and I’m still waiting for items to arrive. Tried emailing customer services, received no reply.

I have not used the product so I can't comment on its quality. The description did say that it came in a "White Presentation Box for gifting". In fact it came in a cheap, battered white box which I wouldn't dream of using for a gift. The delivery was a nightmare. I waited in for three days only to be told that the courier (UK Mail) could not find my address (a normal, urban address with a registered postcode). It's impossible to contact them in the meantime to find out what the problem is or give directions. I tried to Crosbys about it directly and was told somebody would ring back the next day – they never did. I ended up having to collect the parcel from a middle-of-nowhere depot at my own expense.

2 of the glasses were loose in the box, just in bubble wrap, and we’re smashed. Still waiting for a response to my email about this.

Part of the order was wrong. 4 of the glasses were correct and 4 were the wrong type and not what I ordered. I have sent Crosbys an email but had no response yet.

Took over a month to get the product, with minimal interaction or updates and then a surprise delivery scheduled.

Order made on 20th October, estimated delivery 26th - 1st November. After calling twice eventually delivered 9th November. Excuse was out of stock but no emails explaining delays, I had to call twice.

Delivery was too long. I paid almost as much for delivery as the item! I expected it to arrive quicker than a week.

I contacted customer service but no answer so far. On 12 plates ordered only 5 were not broken. The other categories of plates were perfect.

I were really happy with the products that I got, but unfortunately four out of eighteen plates were damage. The edges were broken. I took pictures of it and was wonderingen if there is an email I can send the pictures to? Best regards Evelina

Ordered a pack of 6 glasses, 3 were damaged. Replaced 2 weeks later after being chased & one of the replacements was damaged too. Very poor quality control. Glasses that weren't damaged are cheap & thin. One has cracked already. Would not buy from here again. Waste of £20

I ordered the Villeroy Boch Oscar cutlery and was sent something completely different, not only this the boxes were really dmaaged. I then called to tell them and they said they would call me back. They asked me if I could get the items ready for return and could I put them in a box to protect them????. They never did call back so I called again and they told me that they would email me. They did the next day and told me that what I ordered was out of stock and would take two weeks to come in. This was yesterday so fingers crossed they come in and you can swap them.

Placed an order for 2 champagne glasses and 2 wine glasses, didn't hear a thing for over a week, had to chase the order, was then told the order would be split as champagne glasses were out of stock! Then received 2 wine glasses and then I asked if I could order 2 more to add to my champagne glasses then received an email to say champagne glasses had been dispatched but no mention on the extra glasses, now having to chase again!!!! Poor service!!
