Part of the order was wrong. 4 of the glasses were correct and 4 were the wrong type and not what I ordered. I have sent Crosbys an email but had no response yet.

Took over a month to get the product, with minimal interaction or updates and then a surprise delivery scheduled.

Order made on 20th October, estimated delivery 26th - 1st November. After calling twice eventually delivered 9th November. Excuse was out of stock but no emails explaining delays, I had to call twice.

Delivery was too long. I paid almost as much for delivery as the item! I expected it to arrive quicker than a week.

I contacted customer service but no answer so far. On 12 plates ordered only 5 were not broken. The other categories of plates were perfect.

I were really happy with the products that I got, but unfortunately four out of eighteen plates were damage. The edges were broken. I took pictures of it and was wonderingen if there is an email I can send the pictures to? Best regards Evelina

Ordered a pack of 6 glasses, 3 were damaged. Replaced 2 weeks later after being chased & one of the replacements was damaged too. Very poor quality control. Glasses that weren't damaged are cheap & thin. One has cracked already. Would not buy from here again. Waste of £20

Hello Colin, Thank you for your honest review. Apologies for the delay with your Cocktail Kit. We build the kits ourselves and sometimes items are out of stock. I ordered the Villeroy Boch Oscar cutlery and was sent something completely different, not only this the boxes were really dmaaged. I then called to tell them and they said they would call me back. They asked me if I could get the items ready for return and could I put them in a box to protect them????. They never did call back so I called again and they told me that they would email me. They did the next day and told me that what I ordered was out of stock and would take two weeks to come in. This was yesterday so fingers crossed they come in and you can swap them.

Placed an order for 2 champagne glasses and 2 wine glasses, didn't hear a thing for over a week, had to chase the order, was then told the order would be split as champagne glasses were out of stock! Then received 2 wine glasses and then I asked if I could order 2 more to add to my champagne glasses then received an email to say champagne glasses had been dispatched but no mention on the extra glasses, now having to chase again!!!! Poor service!!

The ordering was good. Delivery was quick - but unfortunately the parcel arrived having been badly and inadequately packed. The wrapping was a thin bag that had obviously broken and was taped up by the 'delivery company' (photo taken on arrival attached)

Ordered on 20th December, still waiting for our order to be delivered. Needed the items for Christmas day service. Crosbys were able to deliver a 25ml thimble measure sample but neglected to deliver the £118.82 worth of items required!

I ordered some glasses , I contacted you twice to check on a delivery date . I was assured I would have them by my required date. They did not arrive when I contacted you again I was told that you had half the order and were waiting for the other stock . I asked you to sent what you had in stock , both items arrived the next day ! Poor customer service with no contact from your selves .

The product itself was fine, but my package took over two weeks to arrive. I ordered it at the end of November for a Christmas present, and it barely arrived in time for my flight home, so that was annoying and stressful. And then to top it off, the package didn't look as described. There is an image on the site of all the pieces in the cocktail set in a nice box all packaged up and displayed. It looks like a very nice gift. The real product arrived with every piece loose in a big bag. I emailed about it and got some stupid response about how the picture I was referring to was actually for a different set. No explanation as to why this photo was used for a different product. Will not be shopping here again.

Hello Stephanie, Thank you for your honest review. As mentioned in my email to yourself, we do have cocktail kits available that come in boxes. You purchased the kit that doesn't have a box displayed on the image. There is nothing in the description which promises a box. However, we have now purchased boxes for the kit as a result of your feedback. To address the significant delay, we have had an influx of orders which we weren't able to predict meaning our process wasn't able to cope. We've addressed this now so there won't be any more issues as we approach Christmas. We do appreciate your honest review and the recipient of the kit enjoys it. Kind Regards, Nat @ Crosbys.

Ordered online for delivery 2-3days it took two further calls and arrived 10days later
