Waited over two weeks for the order to be dispatched due to one of the items no longer being stocked. However, I had to chase the order up two-three times before being told this. Every time I called Crosbys I was ensured a call back, this only happened once in my dealing with them.
I am also still waiting for a refund on the item that is no longer stocked.
