“I ordered a wooden chopping board, it came with a few marks on the board. I have sent Crosby’s to emails, stating the damage, and wanting to return the board, and after 1 week, still no reply from them. I am not sure how to even return the board, hence the email sent asking the question. I will await there reply.”

“I ordered 4 enamel bowls from here, when they arrived one of them was damaged. I immediately sent an email with a picture asking for a replacement and 4 days later I’ve still not had a response.”

“Order took over two weeks to arrive, despite 3 emails and 1 telephone call to chase this. Dreadful communication and customer service. I placed a small order initially to see what it would be like to deal with this company. They won't be getting any further business from me. I absolutely understand lack of staff due to Covid working, but do not understand dreadful lack of communication - no excuse whatsoever and no apology either!”

“Unfortunately, after waiting over a month for delivery of my order and receiving absolutely no communication from Crosbys, I had to chase them! They came back to me within 2 days apologising for the long wait which was due to one of my items no longer being available and for which they refunded me straightaway. I received the rest of my order the next day and was very pleased with both items. However, although the frying pan is beautifully non-stick - the handle gets very very hot! Thankfully, it's a very long handle so you can hold it on the end or with a cloth, but i Crosbys' products are very good, but I fear that if I hadn't have chased them - I would still be waiting for my order which is why I gave them 3 stars.”

“Great little swing top bottles. Service was fast and all were delivered in good condition. I bought these for wedding favours and they make a great addition to the tables and will also be reusing them in my kitchen cupboards!”
