I have to say i have has the worst customer service in a long time with Crosby's 1. I sent an item back late last year and only just receiving a refund for this but only after i proved deliver at the returns depot, I have never had to do this in my life and the onis wan on me to prove it had been delivered. 2. I placed an order on the 8th February and chased this order as it had not been delivered back end of February spoke to a lady who agreed to Olivia who agreed to refund the delivery charge as good will which I agreed to. I was told that the order was missing an item and once it was in would be shipped to me, again I agreed to this asking what the expected delivery time would be and informed that about a week. On the 22nd March, at least three weeks after the conversation over my order I sent an email again to Olivia wishing to make a formal complaint over this order. My complain was completely ignored instead i just received an email thanking for my order and the items delivered the next morning. I then checked to see if the refund had been given. No it had not! On the 24th March I emailed Olivia to request this to be refunded and as of the 29th March I've still not received any refund. I feel I have more than patient with all this but but would welcome a conversation from the management over their failings.
