I waited a week before enquiring about my order by email with no response. I called customer services and was told it would be despatched that day , no explanation for the delay . I was notified of Parcelforce despatch and was able to track my delivery. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait in all day so I had to drive 10 miles to collect it as it was apparently “ too large “ for post office collection . It was only 12 wine glasses . They were packaged in two sturdy boxes inside an enormous flimsy battered cardboard box which was so big I had to leave it with Parcelforce as it wouldn’t fit in my car . Three days after my initial email enquiry I had a reply saying my order was ready and would be despatched for delivery Wednesday, but I already had it ! I don’t think I will bother again .

The tumblers and the service and delivery time were all excellent but the amount of non-recyclable packaging was totally unacceptable and unnecessary.

I placed an order, whihc took 2 weeks to deliver, whilst I don't mind the delay in delivery on this occasion, I was annoyed at the the inabilty to respond when I asked where was my order, a promised return phone call did not happen, eventually the order arrived - Get your customer services right please

Took 3 weeks for items to be delivered so company might try and improve this - items were excellent though.

Product is good and fair price was disappointed how long it took to arrive and the upstage for such a small item was outrageous

Great gift (champagne glasses) at a good price. However delivery was expected between Christmas and the New Year, yet they didn't arrive until The 15th January, which was disappointing.

The glasses are lovely but the service was slow. I appreciate it was Christmas but they still took 3 weeks. I telephoned to enquire about delivery and was told they had been dispatched and would arrive next day- they didn’t arrive so I rang again and they hadn’t been. Eventually they arrived and like I say the glasses are lovely. I cannot daily the product, just the service.

Quick delivery but unfortunately I received no notice of intended delivery date and was unaware that the parcel was sitting on my front door step in full view of passers by. Also the box was open, unwrapped and left to the elements. It was very wet when I found it. Could have been ruined if not glass

Ordered for the first time. One week later no updates on the order. When I called them on the Friday I was promised the order would arrive by the following Tuesday. I waited until the Friday and received no updates or apologies for the delay. I called on the Friday afternoon. Very poor customer service. Eventually received the order after 17 days. Other suppliers I use are mostly next day delivery. Poor service from a company who when you call a recorded message tells you how they are family run and how good their customer service is.

Product great but the service pretty poor had to chase order via email and phone they didn’t both getting back to me and I had to chase again was promised a delivery date after complaint the date came and went another phone call and they still hadn’t sent package need to do better

My order arrived but it did seem to take a long time - about 2 weeks - and I was worried that the wine glasses would not be here in time for my party. However Crosby's responded quickly to my reminder and the glasses arrived well packaged and intact. So other than that I have no complaint.

My order only partly arrived, and had to phone up to find out why. Was told that the remainder of the order will be delivered sometime in September, when back in stock. Would have been nice to know this when the order was placed!
