Products very pleasing but communication regarding delivery poor. I was promised update on why my order was delayed with no response at all until I re contacted them yet again Apparently they were waiting for a missing item to arrive but didn’t bother to notify me of this. It took 2 weeks to receive my order after paying £6.50 which I found poor

Crosbys prices are very competitive, but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that the majority of customer are trade customers, but I purchased £80+ of Vileroy and Boch cutlery as a gift. When it arrived the branded boxes had been taped together with brown parcel tape which when removed ruined the boxes to such an extent that I am unsure whether it is any longer suitable as a gift. I did contact the customer service team at Crosbys who said was how it was packaged to stop it moving around in the box!!

It took nearly 4 weeks to complete order but really good value in the end.

The product itself is amazing & exactly what I wanted! However there was a delay on the item which is understandable sometimes but when it got to the middle of the week when they said they would arrive I had to email and ask for an update. This should of just automatically been done as I feel if I didn't do this I may have been waiting longer or forgot about altogether! The email response was prompt and I got my goods the following day which was great, I will shop here again!

A mixed bag really - good quality in Villeroy & Boch and probably the best price available, however the items ordered were very badly packaged, they were merely placed in a box which essentially was twice the required size and allowed to rattle around? Most had released from original boxing. Communication was very poor,on requesting an update "Nat" felt he had to remind me of the advertised delivery times? And proceeded to estimate a delivery time outside that specified? No e-mail to confirm despatch or tracking, based on a £15.00 extra payment for delivery was not good! All in all I could not recommend

Slightly disappointed as the mugs were 'Builders size and weight'. Had explained what they were for - Village Hall, coffee and tea etc, often elderly gatherings - and your Sales Department said they would be ideal! Your online brochure is not explicit when searching for a 'finer' quality.

Overall satisfied with the product yet while placing the order I was told that the delivery would be next day and it did not come for a further 4 working days. I got a message from interlink saying that the parcel was not delivered yet but then no updates further down. When I finally called Crosby's 3 days later to query about the delivery I got told that it was already delivered. This was left in our building's loading bay and signed by a non authorised person.

Hello Joanna, Thank you for your honest review. There was an issue with the delivery address which was then rectified as soon as we noticed. Our delivery service on Rational Tablets is next day so this event is very unusual. If you do wish to use us in the future for you Rational Tablets, you can be sure this won't happen again.
