“Unfortunately really poor service. Took nearly 2 weeks for our order, was told things were not “in stock at their warehouse”. Please don’t sell the items then, just simply put out of stock or an expected delivery date. Had to chase my order up twice. I was told on the first occasion, it would be sent out that same day by express delivery. Second time I phoned(4 days later), I was told that information was incorrect and that the order hadn’t even been dispatched. Very poor communication and really slow deliveries, next time I’ll just buy off Amazon as they guarantee next day. Sorry”
