“Paid for some glassware on 17th December, and still not received it. It says "Awaiting dispatch"........my money wasnt waiting for dispatch, it was paid as soon as I ordered! No communication either.”

“Absolutely delighted with my cobalt blue wine glasses, I have been waiting for years to buy some to match my charger plates and decided to buy them as a Christmas present to myself. The wine glasses were delivered promptly even though it was Christmas time, and the delivery man waited for us to come to the door and didn’t just leave them on the doorstep. Excellent service. I’m delighted.”
