“Awful,constant E.mails asking where the item is,over a month.Item eventually arrived.Two small cast iron items,one of which was broken.Not worth sending back 🙄”

“The glasses are lovely but the service was slow. I appreciate it was Christmas but they still took 3 weeks. I telephoned to enquire about delivery and was told they had been dispatched and would arrive next day- they didn’t arrive so I rang again and they hadn’t been. Eventually they arrived and like I say the glasses are lovely. I cannot daily the product, just the service.”

“Paid for some glassware on 17th December, and still not received it. It says "Awaiting dispatch"........my money wasnt waiting for dispatch, it was paid as soon as I ordered! No communication either.”
