“Disappointed with service. A week after ordering I phone Crosbys to be told the product is not in stock and no idea when it will be. Maybe an e-mail to let me know so I could have made other arrangements?”

“Products very pleasing but communication regarding delivery poor. I was promised update on why my order was delayed with no response at all until I re contacted them yet again Apparently they were waiting for a missing item to arrive but didn’t bother to notify me of this. It took 2 weeks to receive my order after paying £6.50 which I found poor”
