“Products very pleasing but communication regarding delivery poor. I was promised update on why my order was delayed with no response at all until I re contacted them yet again Apparently they were waiting for a missing item to arrive but didn’t bother to notify me of this. It took 2 weeks to receive my order after paying £6.50 which I found poor”

“Thought it was slow but arrived day before the email saying it was on the way. Nice surprise. Good value and some really nice stuff arrived and loads cheaper than what I was looking at. I shall be back👍🏼”

“I received my order and the wrong glasses were sent despite the invoices clearly stating the correct glasses. I paid for 6 x 55ml Chef & Sommelier glasses Tannin wine glasses and received 6 x 20ml Chef & Sommelier champagne / sparkling wine glasses. I now have to go through the process of getting the correct glasses which I wanted for a celebration this coming weekend”

“I had a problem with payment but I found the staff very helpful and it was sorted out without any fuss. I’ve only used Crosby’s lately but what I’ve found is the quality and pricing of their products is second to none,also like to add that they treat you as a costumer not the amount you spend.”
