“Unfortunately I had to ring to chase my order after 10 days. Apparently some of the order wasn’t in stock, but I had not been informed. Some items were broken upon arrival but this was dealt with quickly.”

“I ordered storage jars which I think are lovely. I would have given 5 stars but the process and delivery were so slow. I ordered on 22nd March and the items arrived on 14th April. There was no update or info from Crosbys via email or text on the order. I had to eventually phone them and they said it would be the next day. It just made me wonder if they'd forgotton & my phone call reminded them! As I said the jars are lovely!”

“Everything went smoothly with the transaction other than only delivered part of the order and I had to call to find out where the other items were. Only to be told they were out of stock for 3 months. Not great as it stated in stock online!!”

“Very pleased with the item (a cafetière) I ordered after a lot of searching - the design and quality are excellent and the price was reasonable. The only disappointment was that it took longer to be dispatched than expected: after waiting a reasonable time, I enquired when I would receive it and was told it would sent immediately.”
