“Beautiful cups if on the small side... but ended up being highly overpriced once you've added VAT on the cups themselves and paid an extortionate £6.50 for delivery only to find out you're having to pay even more VAT on the already extortionate delivery price...”

“Product took over a month to send, this would of felt acceptable if a member of their team had communicated to explain there would be a delay. Product was as described and a good price....a little customer service wouldn't hurt.”

“I have sent 2 emails as the goods I purchased was damaged. I have no contact from anyone. I contacted them the day I received the goods it has been 5 days!!!!!!”

“The worst customer service, never use again I buy lot of stuff more the 1 month ago and been coming in 3 time and still missing stuff. I call at least 4 time for the same reason and no one resolve . Then the last call I made last week and they promised the rest of the good they will be delivered on Friday at Latest wich wasn’t true am still wait . To be honest am not call any more you’re Stealer and Westar time”
