“Good communication about time to deliver which was longer than normal”

Hello Malcolm, Thank you for the kind review. The lead time on the Villeroy and Boch cutlery is a little longer due to the fact we have to import them from Germany first. However, this is displayed on our website before purchase. I do hope you like the cutlery though. Kind Regards, Nat @ Crosbys.

“Very prompt but sent the wrong order (glass size) but put it right immediately and the glasses were swapped over. Always a good sign of customer service when things are put right immediately with no fuss. Highly recommended”

“Arrived promptly following dispatch email. Packing was damaged and initial concerns regarding broken glasses was soon set aside as they looked as elegant as they do on the website. Overall, an enjoyable and efficient service. Will use again.”

“We ordered a dozen 7 cm wavy edge ramekin dishes. They arrived a few days later in a very large, well-padded box. The ramekin dishes are of good quality - smooth glass edges and no apparent bubbles in the glass. However, the dishes are much smaller than we had anticipated. In hindsight we should have looked at a tape measure before ordering!”

“It is a bit to early to write a complete feedback, as i have just got these. However, good delivery over the Xmas time means that we will not run out! And I expect these genuine rational parts to work as expected.”

“requested order to be sent to my work address but believe order as been sent to my previous address on my paypal account. Thank you it has now been sorted by one of your ladies the billing and delivery when entered the same address but the paypal of my old address was use for delivery thankfully for me they refused delivery now enroute to me.”
