“I ordered a pack of side plates really to check that the product was what we wanted prior to ordering a larger quantity of dinner plates and bowls. The product was exactly what we wanted, well packed and delivered in a satisfactory period of time. I particularly liked the fact that we were given plenty of information via email about the day and the hour when the package would be delivered. This is great as it means we were able to ensure someone was in to accept the package. I would be quite happy top deal with Crosbys again.”

“Product received promptly. Good value. The insulated jug however loses heat more rapidly than other makes we have had. This is through the collar of the jug which becomes very warm to the touch. Still, the jug keeps the coffee reasonably hot for a couple of hours but after that, we have to re-heat the contents.”

“Hi, so I am very pleased with the quality of the copper cocktail set I purchased from you as a christmas present. However I was rather disgusted with how it was packaged. If I pay over £70 pounds for something that is advice good quality as this product is I would of expected it to be packaged a hell of a lot better than it was. They had just been chucked in to a flimsy box in their plastic wrappers, no bubble wrap or anything to protect whilst on its journey. I feel this needs to improve going forward as will leave customers feeling dissatisfied with a great item. Working within retail myself I understand standards and feel this could be improved going forward. Regards Laura”

“Product just as described, friendly staff on the phone, slight delay on the order due to items being out of stock, but overall, a good service and they honoured their price match promise as I found the item slightly cheaper elsewhere but Crosby's had a better selection of colours and they matched it!!!”

“Bought the Copper Cocktail Set as a Christmas Gift! Lovely set, good quality. Only gave four stars as items were packaged poorly, postman thought it was broken glass as just put in a bag then a plastic postage bag. Secondly 1 item was missing from the set, however customer service sorted this promptly.”

“quality of the villeroy boch victor cutlery was very good communication was good but the packaging of the cutlery was poor. Cardboard boxes were broken and the cutlery loose within the plastic bag one knife missing, telephoned a replacement was immediately sent staff were friendly and professional”

“Very pleased with my most recent purchase online. The price was really good for very high quality products and they were delivered quickly with no issues or damage to the goods, they came packaged well and were protected properly. Only downside to this company is we have previously had some confusion with a large order and received poor customer service from a delivery driver/customer service representative, other than that great prices and products.”
