“This is worst online retailer I’ve ordered from. I ordered a box of flutes which came as a box of 6, intended to be a gift. Unfortunately, one arrived broken. I requested a refund and offered to send the box back as a replacement would not arrive in time for the gift. The retailer refused, they said they would only refund me for the one broken glass, despite it being a box of 6. They also said if I wanted to return them I’d have to pay the postage costs. The only thing they offered was to send out one new glass to replace the broken one. I had to take this option and have the redundant glasses as I couldn’t gift them. The replacement glass also had marks on from handling. I would not order from this retailer again and would encourage others not to also.”
