“Quality goods, speedy delivery”

“I recently bought the Robert Welch Drift Teapot from Crosby's. The teapot looks great & is top quality & Crosby's had the lowest price I could find. Service was great & quick delivery. The only disappointment was that the Tea Infuser for the Drift Teapot has to be purchased separately. At this high price level I would have expected it to be included. Every other teapot I have ever bought at a far lower price always includes it's native infuser/strainer if it has one.. This meant a 2nd order & paying another £ 22 including additional delivery costs. I appreciate that this is an issue with the manufacturer rather than Crosby's themselves, but the website description should clearly state this.”

“I needed a super quick turn around on an item that was out of stock everywhere, I tried multiple catering companies who all said it was not possible to get the items to me in time but luckily as soon as I spoke to Olivia at Crosbys she sorted it out for me straight away. Her communication was superb and she even messaged to check all was ok on the delivery day, customer service far superior to other companies and will certainly from now be my first choice!”

“All of online order not available so part order was not delivered until I rang. I ordered a wrong product and asked for replaced item to be delivered with the balance of the original order but returns are not accepted. Total delivery not received in an acceptable time.”

“I asked 2 cancel 1 of my orders , I spoke 2 some one one the fone .. He told me reply to his email to conform I wonted to cancel.. After doing that I called to conform again and was told the cancellation was done.. But the parcel came and with both order and money was taken... Poor seveice”

“Just received my delivery, box and glasses completely filthy and covered in dust. Only 4 of 6 glasses in the box and one random other glass - disgusting! I called customer service and was redirected to send an email which has now been ignored... Feel like I've been scammed.”
