“Placed order on a Monday, received confirmation on Wednesday, should of received order Thursday against advised, order arrived Friday 4pm, not complete, missing 2 packs of plates, and three other plates smashed in another pack, also missing three packs of cutlery, whole package just thrown in one large box, informed customer service who informed me that they would resend three boxes of six plates and the remainder of the cutlery on the Saturday, offers arrived, one box of six plates and no cutlery. Have not had chance yet to inform them of missing items delivered on Saturday. Will not use Crosbys again. Richard Mumford (Bricklayers Arms, Old Leake, Boston)”

“Products are really nice and good. Easy to order. Would have liked to be informed better about the delivery. Seemed some items were not available for some time but they did not inform me so I was wondering when I could expect the delivery. After contacting them I understood what had happened. It then came quickly after this contact moment . But it would have been better if you contact the customer sooner to give a update when articles are not available directly. But again, after that it went fast.”

“Ordered on a Thursday and had to e mail the following tuesday evening to say it hadn't arrived. Received e mail on the following day saying a problem at the warehouse and goods received on the Friday.”
