“Great gift (champagne glasses) at a good price. However delivery was expected between Christmas and the New Year, yet they didn't arrive until The 15th January, which was disappointing.”

“Very pleased with my glasses and although one glass had a flaw it was swiftly replaced within 2 days which I think is fabulous service. No hesitation in recommending to my friends.”

“Order placed 27th Dec, quoted delivery 2nd Jan. Finally delivered 14th Jan. Even with one day public holiday on 1st Jan, waiting over two weeks without any indication of delay is unacceptable. I would not order again.”

“After not being able to deliver my order within 8 days of placing it (their website says delivery in 2 days) Crosby's and I happily agreed to cancel the order and refund the money back to my credit card. That did not happen. They delivered the order to my London Hotel (4 days after I flew back home to Australia) & they have not contacted me since (after 2 emails this past week) asking them to rectify the matter. I would not recommend buying from this company.”

“The plates I ordered arrived very quickly, which was a nice surprise. They were well packaged and and in perfect condition. I ordered the Porcelite Seasons Sea Spray plates and they are lovely, I'm very pleased with how they look. I bought them to replace a chipped set and I'm hoping the Porcelite will be more durable. Time will tell!”

“Absolutely shocking service, took 6 weeks for my delivery to arrive after paying £6.50 for delivery, and when I tried to contact Crosby’s to find out where my delivery was and when I could expect it it took them ages to respond. Will not be shopping at Crosby’s again!!”
