“We have used Crosby's twice now, great products, very helpful when answering email queries. On our 2nd time they had changed supplier of wooden boards, the products sent out were of poor quality, but this was due to a new supplier being used, however when we question the quality, Crosby's were quick to acknowledge & put it right straight away.. The Blacksmiths Arms”

“It is a bit to early to write a complete feedback, as i have just got these. However, good delivery over the Xmas time means that we will not run out! And I expect these genuine rational parts to work as expected.”

I have passed on your comments to our suppliers and this won't be happening again. Also, because of your comments and dissatisfaction with our service, we've now also implemented a system whereby customers will be contacted if an order can't be satisfied within an specified time frame. If you ever wish to place an order in the future, give our Web Manager a call beforehand and we can arrange a discount on your order and a fast tracked delivery where possible. “Website had trouble loading the Paypal payment option in the end had to use a card, yet to receive information about my products being shipped. Even though i met the qualifications for the next day delivery it wasn't even given to me as an option and I should have received the package yesterday.”
