“Clearly forgotten about me. Left mouldering in warehouse for 2 weeks, until I phoned up. Then came straight away. Annoyed by pathetic excuse, and no apology. Perhaps 2 stars is too good?”

“Ordered cast iron pizza pan from Crosby. I was kept well informed that there may be a delay in delivery due to current supply issues. Eventually received the pan and it is now in use, good product at a reasonable price.”
